5 Ways to Pay Your Auto Loan.

1

Set Up Auto Pay
PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD

Automatically pay your note to Affinity Bank each month by transferring funds from your bank. It’s the easiest and most efficient way to pay your bill. Download the Auto Pay Form, digitally sign it, and email it to the address on the form.

* Note: You must use an email address on file with Affinity Bank (the email address used when you applied for your auto loan).

* Auto Pay not available with debit or credit cards

2

Enroll in Digital Banking

Digital Banking allows you to manage transactions – like paying your auto loan each month. Now that you have an auto loan with Affinity Bank, you can set up a Digital Banking profile with us in order to schedule payments from your other bank’s checking or savings account.

(*) NOTE: External Account Verification is required prior to making your first payment via digital banking. This may take 1-3 business days.

3

Pay by (e)Check or Card

Pay with an (e)Check (electronically by using your bank account and routing number found on your check), or by using your credit/debit card.

*Credit/Debit Payments will include a 3.00% fee

*Payments submitted 3:30pm Eastern or later will be processed the next business day.

*Cards cannot be used for payoffs and cannot exceed $2,900.00

*AMEX not accepted

4

PAY WITH A CHECK (MAIL)

Go old school and pay by mailing a check. While this is not the preferred method, we recommend when sending your check that you use the Coupon Book (this book was mailed to you when your loan was created).

To re-order a Coupon Book or speak to a representative about ways to pay your auto loan each month, contact a Customer Service representative: call 866-736-8194 or email dsfilemaintenance@myaffinitybank.com

Use your Coupon Book. Mail Checks to:

Affinity Bank Dealer Select
PO Box 1037
Covington, GA 30015

Be sure to include your:
– Loan Account Number (in the check MEMO)
– Full Name (on file)
– Mailing Address (on-file)

5

PAY WITH ONLINE BILL PAY

Your primary bank’s online bill pay can be used to make your monthly loan payment. Make sure to include your name and loan number. The payment will be mailed by your bank.

(*) NOTE:  Affinity Bank will post your payment the day it is received. Please allow for potential delays in transit and know the date you submit the payment is not necessarily when it will be received. Late charges may apply.
